i gained back the 6lbs i worked so hard to lose. and i have no excuse.
ok i have lots of excuses. mainly Christmas. seriously, who the hell starts a healthy lifestyle during the holidays?! plus i went about it all wrong. i cut out a few things, stayed on the couch and got lucky. the minute i started eating again i gained it all back.lame.
but like i said, no excuses. back on track, no looking back.
it’s not a diet,it’s a life style change, and all those other platitudes.
p.s. i worked out today. go me :)
who knew?!?
but im back up now.
…you either love it, or you hate it.
I choose to love it.i think it’s adorable. but I’ve been noticing it’s goofiness a lot lately, and i couldn’t figure out why.
then it hit me: it’s because I’ve heard it more in the last few weeks than i have in the last few years. i laugh at anything, and i laugh loudly. because I’m finally starting to be happy.
i may not be all the way there, not even close actually, but I’m already giggling more.it makes me really see how much i needed this. it’s not just for my physical health, the rest of me needs this too.
